Looks like you will have just as many 'body image issues' as I've had.. I feel like a cow, not an expectant mommy :( I put on 5 lbs over Christmas week, that's gaining just 1/2 lb a week the entire time. Be easy on yourself. And yes, it's easier to give advice than to take it! :)
