Doppler

So, I invested in a doppler to help with my peace of mind throughout this pregnancy. I used it today and found the heartbeat... Twice! The first time took like 20 minutes, then when Ken got home from work I wanted him to hear and I found it right away. It sounded great. So reassuring! It's difficult to hold it for too long because the baby is so small that as soon as it moves I lose the heartbeat. They say that you can reliably find that heartbeat between 10-12 weeks. I feel very fortunate that I found it at 9.

I plan on using my doppler to announce the pregnancy on Facebook. That way, everyone can hear our little one's heartbeat and feel a little closer no matter how far away they are.
